Higher Landing Client Services Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Program Details & Participation
- You are enrolling in a career transformation program provided by Higher Landing Inc.
- You understand that full participation in all components (coaching, clinics, modules, etc.) is critical to maximizing results.
2. Term & Access
- Program access is granted for a defined period, as outlined in your enrollment confirmation.
- Extensions or deferrals are granted only at the discretion of Higher Landing Inc.
- Disruptive behavior or public complaints may result in removal from group forums or live sessions.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable, including missed sessions or unused services.
- Chargebacks are not permitted. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate suspension and a $100 administrative fee.
4. Client Commitments
- Attend and participate in all scheduled program elements
- Complete all assigned materials and modules
- Engage with coaching and support
- Apply program strategies to your job search and career journey
5. Missed Sessions
- Individual coaching sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- Group sessions cannot be rescheduled. Replays may be available at our discretion.
6. Confidentiality & Materials
- Your personal information will be kept confidential and shared only with Higher Landing staff involved in program delivery.
- All program materials are the property of Higher Landing Inc. and are for your personal use only. Sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Results Disclaimer
- Higher Landing provides proven strategies but does not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes.
- Results vary based on your effort, engagement, skills, and market conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Higher Landing Inc.’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the program.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
- You may terminate your participation at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
- If Higher Landing discontinues the program without cause, a pro-rated refund may be offered.
10. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, and disputes will be resolved by arbitration in the province of service delivery.
