1-on-1 Career Transformation Coaching Margarita Tcharnolousskaia

This add-on to our program offers a unique opportunity for one-on-one coaching modules that engage clients in a self-discovery process that helps to identify transferable skills, connects head to heart and identifies strengths, passions and interests, values, identity and purpose. Within each coaching module is a series of assessments, homework and assignments. All coaching resources (“Career Transformers”) have coaching experience at the professional and/or executive level and have gone through extensive training on Higher Landing content. Coaches come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, and are matched with clients based on skillsets and interests. Includes:

• 6, 1 hour sessions with a Career Transformer
• 2, 1 hour sessions with a Marketing Advisor to assist you with your Go-to-Market (G2M) Strategy
• Participation as a presenter in Higher Landing's proprietary Grizzly Den
